It depends. Aerial acts (i.e. aerial hoop, silks and aerial drinks) are typically more expensive than any other acts due to the equipment and technical ability required. Aerial acts may also incur a rigger’s fee at venues with rigging facilities that need accessing/testing by a professional rigger.

Other factors that may influence the final price are the level of customisation that you are after (for example, performances that require custom-made costumes or acts created specifically for your event will cost more to reflect that) whilst our ready-to-go acts are charged at a flat fee.

Other aspects to consider are how many performers you may want for your event, as we charge per performer; and whether your event runs over one day or over several days. Also, special days such as Christmas Eve/Day and New Year’s Eve/Day will be charged at a premium.

Both. We offer solo acts as well as duos and ensembles to suit your event. You could be after a silks duo, a trio of aerial hoop artists, or perhaps a solo acrobat or juggler who delights the guests as they arrive at the venue. We cater for many circumstances, just ask!

Yes, we can travel nationally and internationally to your party or event. Please note international travel costs are to be paid for/reimbursed by our clients. We will include a travel fee for bookings that exceed one hour’s drive from Bristol (one way) depending on location, or if the event takes place within the city of London.

Yes, all the performers hold public liability insurance up to £10,000,000

Aerial performances include aerial hoop (a metal ring hanging from a truss/beam/aerial rig), and aerial silks (‘ribbons’ hanging from a truss/beam/aerial rig). Aerial acts are elegant, impressive, and skilful performances which effortlessly highlight important moments at your event such as product launches, wedding speeches, celebrity arrivals etc.

Aerial performances also include our infamous Aerial Drinks: drinks poured by a performer from an aerial hoop. This is perfect for example as a ‘meet and greet’ as guests arrive at the wedding or event.

Aerial performances require a minimum height (floor to rigging point) of 4 metres for silks and aerial hoop, and 3.5 metres for lollipop acts. We will need a beam or truss weight tested to bear at least 500 kg to hang our aerial equipment from. If this is not possible, we provide our own free-standing aerial rigs that can be set up outdoors and indoors at different heights (minimum 4 metres, maximum 6.5 metres).

For duos, trios, etc. the technical requirements depend on the number of aerialists involved, please don’t hesitate to get in touch to request our technical requirements sheet.

A lollipop is a compact type of free-standing aerial hoop: it is a metal ring mounted on top of a pole, provided with the addition of a cute circular stage no bigger than 2 metres in diameter. The lollipop is non-intrusive and can be set up in indoor and outdoor venues. For indoor venues, the minimum height required is 3.5 metres. Lollipops are set up and packed down by the performer in around half an hour’s time.

Both aerial and non-aerial acts: we provide up to 3 acts per performer per day, which can be a combination of ‘ambient’ and ‘high-impact’ acts:

1. Ambient:
Perfect for meet and greet, networking events and downtime at weddings: these acts last approx. 15-20 min and don’t require the full attention of the audience who may be busy arriving at the venue or networking. The performer moves more freely, without a set choreography. Our Aerial Drinks is an example of an ambient act.

2. High-impact:
A fully choreographed act to a piece of music of your choice/our choice. This will last approximately 5-7 minutes (or the length of the chosen track). Perfect for highlighting key moments of the event or wedding such as speeches, product launches, celebrity arrivals etc

We typically aim to arrive at least 2 hours prior to any performance to set up and meet our client or their representatives. Aerial performances tend to need more prep time due to the safety aspects and the rigging involved: there may be a rigger/rigging company involved, or we may need to set up our own aerial rigs. The aerial rigs and the lollipop can be set up in about 45 minutes and taken down in half an hour.

Please bear in mind that due to health and safety reasons we cannot have any members of the audience in the room when rigging and de-rigging is taking place, so we may not be able to pack down until all the guests have left.

As performers, we are self-sufficient, but we ask that the venue or the client provide a private, clean space to warm up, get changed and wait between sets with access to drinking water and toilet facilities.

It’s up to you. We have several acts set to music that will fit different special occasions. If you prefer a particular track or style of music, please let us know in advance so we can adjust and tailor our rehearsals.

We have a basic music system to suit smaller venues and outdoor spaces, however, for bigger venues and big fields, we will ask to liaise with your event DJ to play our music from their system.

Firstly, just get in touch to chat about your event or special occasion and how we can help you – no strings attached. Once you have decided you would like one of our wonderful acts or workshops at your event, we will send you our service agreement outlining all the details that we have agreed together. You will also receive an invoice for a 50% deposit fee upon booking.

Please note that we will not confirm the dates with the performers or start rehearsals for your event until the deposit has been paid. This ensures that we focus fully on your event and that the chosen performers will not take any other work on the day.
